hOW IT WORKS

NUTRITION COACHING (60 MIN.)

  1. Schedule an Appointment

  2. Pick a place to meet

  3. Client must fill out Food Journal Log (1 week worth of data) and goal sheet and send this document back to me 2 days before starting their nutrition coaching session

  4. I will count your current macro lifestyle and discuss the adjustments to make during our session.

  5. We will discuss eating behavioral patterns, eating habits, and action steps to slowly integrate new eating habits into your lifestyle

  6. You will receive 3 documents from me: Dos and Nopes, Pantry List, Whole Foods Information Sheet, and a weekly goal document to take to current nutrition check in & adjustment sessions if you choose to continue services with me.
